CAN I SEND GIFTS THROUGH SIENACOUTURE.COM?

Yes. There is a distinction between delivery and billing addresses on the payment page. You can add the address you want to send a gift to as the delivery address. Thus, the product you want to send as a gift will be sent to the address you specified during delivery.

CAN THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED FROM SIENACOUTURE.COM BE GIFT WRAPPED?

If you select the gift wrapping option for each product on the "My Cart" page while placing your order, your orders will arrive gift wrapped.

CAN I SEND A GIFT PACKAGE WITH MY PRODUCT?

HOW DO I MAKE THE PAYMENT? WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

CAN I MAKE PAYMENT AT THE DOOR WHEN RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS?

We are not yet able to take orders with the cash on delivery option.

HOW CAN I USE CAMPAIGN AND DISCOUNT COUPON CODES?

You can benefit from our campaigns by entering your campaign coupon code suitable for the products in your cart in the "Coupon Code" field under the order summary screen on the My Cart page and clicking the "Apply" option. Make sure you see your coupon discount in the order summary discount area.

CAN I PAY WITH GIFT CARD?

Yes. You can order using the code sent to your e-mail address.

Delivery

PRODUCT SUPPLY CONDITIONS

Products sold through sienacouture.com are limited to stock. After the customer orders, the stock of the product is checked, and if the product is out of stock and cannot be supplied, the customer is informed and the payment is refunded.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

All products you purchase from sienacouture.com are delivered to the cargo within 1-4 business days. The estimated arrival time of the shipments delivered to the cargo is between 1 and 4 business days. The cargo company will deliver your order to the address you specified between 09.00-18.00 on business days.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A SHIPPING FEE WHEN RECEIVING THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED?

For orders placed from sienacouture.com; Delivery is free for orders over 3000 TL. Shipping fee is 75 TL for orders under 3000 TL.

WITH WHICH CARGO COMPANY WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

The delivery of the products you have purchased from sienacouture.com is made through our contracted cargo company Yurtiçi Kargo or Aras Kargo.

DO YOU DELIVERY TO ALL OVER TURKEY?

Our distribution network is limited to Yurtiçi Kargo and Aras Kargo distribution networks. Currently, delivery to the most points within the borders of Türkiye is made by Yurtiçi Kargo and Aras Kargo companies.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED TO ME BY CARGO?

If you cannot be at your address on the day of arrival, a notification note is left at your door by the cargo company and your shipment is delivered to the cargo company's distribution office. Shipments that are not collected from the distribution office within 3 business days are returned to sienacouture.com or our strategic business partners' warehouse. After your products sent by Siena Couture reach the warehouse, you will be contacted and the necessary arrangements will be made and a re-shipment can be made on your behalf. If you cannot be reached or your order consists of products from our strategic business partners, your order will be canceled and the fee will be refunded in the same way you paid.

WHAT SHOULD I PAY ATTENTION TO DURING CARGO DELIVERY?

If there is any crushing, deformation, wetness or damage to the product in the package when the cargo is delivered to you, open the package together with the cargo officer and check the condition of your products. If you see any damage to the products, do not accept the products and ask the cargo officer to keep a report. The products for which a report is kept will be delivered to sienacouture.com by the cargo company and we will replace the products.

Order Cancellation

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel your order from My Account > My Orders page. You can also send us your request by email at hello@sienacouture.com. After your order cancellation request is approved, if the payment was taken from your credit card, the refund will be made to your card. Installment payments are refunded in installments due to bank processes. Since the refund process varies depending on your bank, you can follow up on your refunds by contacting your bank.

I HAVE CANCELLED MY RETURN REQUEST, CAN I CREATE A RETURN REQUEST AGAIN?

You can create a return request for your products that have not been returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

HOW CAN I REACH MY FREE RETURN SHIPPING CODE?

If you placed your order through your account as a registered user on sienacouture.com, you can access the return shipment code from the relevant order details on the My Account > My Orders page.

MY REFUND CODE HAS EXPIRED, HOW CAN I GET A NEW CODE?

Your return code will expire 7 days after it is created. If you have not delivered your return package to the cargo branch or courier within this period and you are within the 30-day return period from the invoice date, you can start a return request again and get your free return shipping code.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR A PRODUCT I PURCHASED IN INSTALLMENTS?

If you have made a purchase using the installment payment option, the refund will be refunded to your card in installments by your bank.

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS I PURCHASED FROM SIENACOUTURE.COM?

The satisfaction of our valued customers is always our priority. If you wish to return your product, we will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible under the following conditions; You can return your products that have not passed 30 days since the invoice date, the product protection tape has not been opened, the labels have not been removed, they are unused and can be offered for resale, together with all their accessories. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with a cash payment. Therefore, when your products reach you, we recommend that you try them on as soon as possible without causing any damage to the product or labels. You can return those that you think are not suitable to us as stated above. You can send your returns free of charge with Yurtiçi Kargo. When your return shipment reaches us, you will be notified by e-mail. After checking the compliance of the products with the return conditions, refunds for accepted return requests will be sent to your bank within 3 business days. Your refund will be made by your bank in accordance with your payment method; your purchases in installments will be returned in installments. Refunds for approved products are sent to your bank to be refunded to the card you used for payment within 3 business days or are refunded in the same way, in line with the payment method you used when purchasing the product. While the average time for your refund to be reflected on credit cards is 1-3 business days, this process may take longer for cash bank cards. We would like to remind you that the process is completely dependent on your bank and sienacouture.com cannot intervene in bank processes. Payments for products purchased in installments are refunded in installments due to bank practices.
